I'm referring to 'BT Retail' - BT Openworld does give you all the 'frills', I gather. When I worked for an ADSL ISP, we had lots of customers switch to BT Retail ADSL (cheaper? who knows), then call *us* because they didn't have an SMTP server to use... Chris.
