It's version 3.0. There was some confusion in different geographies on which
version it should be so we picked the highest.

I fixed the misinformation on the lead-in page, too. Thanks for pointing it
out.

They are set in stone.

It means that that there will be an official clarification on Jan 1st, 2009
to include these keywords in the 203.1 objective. As people ask for
specifics and explanations of some of the terms, we will be adding these
clarifications.

There's another one, for example, on the 301 exam:

https://group.lpi.org/publicwiki/bin/view/Examdev/LPIC-301#302_2_Developing_for_LDAP_with_P

The key words list has "C++" in it and some people were expressing that it
wasn't fair that we test C++ on the exam. It's going to be clarified to
state something along the lines of "C/C++ openldap library use". Not the
entire C++ world.

That's just a wiki artifact. The first time a page is created, the timestamp
gets added by default. Afterwards, updating is is a manual process. Check
the top-right of the page under the "edit, attach printable" links. There's
a line that looks like:

     r16 - 28 Oct 2008 - 17:33:16 - GMatthewRice

That means "revision 16 submitted on Oct 28, 2008 by user GMatthewRice".

It's up to date.
