Hrm..... now I'm going to have do some digging again.... We have cups 
clients printing to lprng w/no problems, but they do NOT get any queue 
information back.  I thought cups was just "broken" this way.

Does anyone have a working setup where cups clients print to an lprng 
server *AND* see queue status / remove jobs / whatever?  Could you tell me 
what versions you're using, and any "magic" you needed to get it to work!
