Bad idea. lsb-apache_1.3.22-1_i386.lsb will break a lot of software for maintaining RPM packages. They will not recognice it as RPM and if they parse the filename (and not use rpm -qf as it would be correct), they will fail detecting the correct version number and architecture. I don't think we should use RPM and the deb package name schema, stay with once: RPM and the RPM naming schema.
