Are you running LOCAL_APPS? if so what version of LTS_CORE are you using? if
you're using lts_core-2.08 and you're running LOCAL_APPS then try to use
lts_core_2.07 or the pre-release version of lts_core-2.09 because LOCAL_APPS
in version 2.08 is completely broken. Assuming that None of the mentioned
above is the problem, That error of yours is a problem of negotiation
between NICS and HUB or NICS to NICS meaning you have to set the proper
duplex settings (HALF or FULL duplex mode) of your NICS
