Asbjorn, It looks like you have both inetd and xinetd configured on your system.
Which one is running ? Maybe both! It's entirely possible that you have both of them running, but only one of them can be configured for tftp at any given time. Do a ps -ef | grep inetd and see if they are both running. If they are, then I suggest configuring inetd to NOT run tftp, and leave it upto xinetd. Then, take a look in your /tftpboot/lts directory, and make sure that vmlinuz.tulip actually exists there.
