The output of netstat looks fine. It shows that there is a process
listening on
port 69 (tftp).
you could try running the tftp client program on your server.
type this:
tftp localhost
Then, you will get a prompt like this:
tftp>
Type this:
get /lts/vmlinuz.3c90x
It should retrieve the kernel for you.
Lets at least see if that works.
