I think he can't 'cause he's using Win9x and he told me that he can't burn the image 
to my EPROM 'cause it can't handle long filenames.  I still need to shorten the 
filename especially to eliminate the dashes and dots so that it will be accepted in 
his burner.  But I didn't do it.  I still need your advices before I make some moves.

I already have those documentations.  My only problem is on how to burn the image in 
my EPROM using my friend's burner using Win9x.

Anyway, can you point me to any site that has a copy of schematic diagram of EPROM 
Programmer for this kind of purpose?  I really appreciate your help.  =)
