Okay here is my setup. I have a Win2k TS running to accept rdesktop clients.
I have a Suse8.0 linux box that is running ltsp. I have a diskless client that gets the image just fine and will allow me to run an x windows session. I added the rdesktop command to the .bashrc file and when I log into linux from the thinclient it runs rdesktop just fine. What I am trying to do is have the diskless workstation boot from the linux server and "auto login" and run the rdesktop command. any help would be appreciated. I tried running it with kdm with kdm's AutoLoginEnabled=true in the kdmrc file but that only allows my linux server to auto login.
