You might have some problems if you have all the clients boot up with the same login ID under KDE. The KDE's messaging service is pretty dependent on the user only being logged into one client. If you use one default login across multiple clients you might have some windows pop-up on the wrong client or have some KDE messaging error appear when the user tries to run some applications. It is better for each client to have a seperate userid and specify this in the conf file.
