Please do the following:

tcpdump -s 1520 -w /tmp/eepro10.dmp
tar cvf /tmp/eepro10.dmp
gzip /tmp/eepro10.dmp

Mail me a copy of the resulting tar.gz file and I will take a look at
what's going on with Ethereal.
