Shouldn't this be /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_S3 ??

This means that the X server needed to start X is missing in the
/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/X11R6/bin directory. OR the /optltsp/i386/etc/lts.com
needs to be properly edited to give XF86_S3 server instead of XF86-S3
