I know I know this is a long shot....... Is your power supply up to constant load? I been there done that. Low end workstations / self built boxes tend to have lower wattage power supplies that tend to heat up and loose wattage after continuous usage as terminal server. Installing bigger power supply and extra fans in th cabinet can make magic...it did for me.
