For us, no SMODULE lines were needed. I added the following line to 
/opt/ltsp-4.2/i386/etc/audiolist:
1039:7019       sis7019
and added only SOUND=Y to lts.conf.  Evidently esd is the default because it 
works without even the SOUND_DAEMON line.
