Jo,

with LTSP-4.2, you don't need the MODULE_xx entries in lts.conf.

Also, you need to say 'PRINTER_0_TYPE = P' instead of 'PRINTER_1_TYPE'. 
The mis-numbering of the printer entries was fixed a while ago.
