Do you have PRINTER_0_DEVICE in lts.conf?
I hadn't created lts.conf at all. So now I do: root@debian:/home/rkwesk# ltsp-config lts.conf Created /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/lts.conf and without any alteration to lts.conf (i.e. there is no reference to PRINTER_0_DEVICE) the client still hangs (I left it for quite some time) after the overlayfs module complaint. > There's a known bug about that: > > http://bugs.debian.org/700881 > > If that's your problem, please email 700...@bugs.debian.org ... Accepting that overlayfs is not required and that aufs is then used perhaps the fact that root@debian:/home/rkwesk# dpkg --list | grep aufs yields nothing, and that root@debian:/home/rkwesk# apt-cache search aufs reports: aufs-tools aufs-tools-dbg fsprotect should I install any additional package(s)?
