Hi Asmo

It is solved. Actually I realised my tftp sevrer was not running
properly. so i followed the following procedure.

Restart network-manager.
Stop DHCP server.

$ sudo apt-get remove tftpd-hpa
$ sudo rm -rf /srv/tftp
$ sudo apt-get autoremove
$ sudo apt-get install syslnux
$ sudo apt-get install tftpd
$ sudo apt-get install tftpd-hpa

There is one more thing I want to share. I implemented this on my
Laptop and when I am trying to boot another laptop from it I am
getting error:

ltsp mount call failed server replied permission denied

is it due to some misconfiguration in NFS?
as I got following almost similar link from Google.
