Hi Dustin, funny I was standing at a similar junction a couple of days ago. I am currently more on the path of building them on my own. A low end Mini-Itx board (I heard runs Linux pretty well <www.mini-itx.com>) might be sufficient. But maybe I am terribly misguided ;-)
