Hi Mario, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/SubTeams
As I said in my previous email, the actual structure of the teams is to be addressed by the teams. The current format was used to form 'comms'. Now that it has members, it is time to decide upon that format. Keep it / change it? The idea for comms? So that those interested in comms / PR stuff can bounce ideas off eachother. An example being the discussion about Lubuntu branded merchandise. This pulls in Rafael for the artwork which we can decide upon and put forward to the entire Lubuntu team as a proposal to discover if it is worth my time (and money) to order it. You mention web-design, as it happens a team that I am involved in has a small web-dev team & I'm sure that once they've finished the bulk of the work on the re-design for that team would be more than happy to create some mock-ups for lubuntu.
