Hi, I didn't want to go public with this as of now. I'm sure you guys would be the first who will fully understand what I'm trying to say ;)
Long story short, with the rapid growth of Lubuntu day after day, I see the necessity to have a dedicated sub-team to take care of something much more important than anything else. Simply, I'm suggesting to have: A New Sub-Team called ... Planning and Development Sub-Team. The purpose of this team ... well, the idea is very fresh and before it develops in my mind, I thought it is better to write it down and think loudly with ALL of you so ... the purpose would be planning ahead for the coming release. Okay, I will explain in English :) Since November 2012 until 13.04 will be released, everyone is busy with Lubuntu 13.04. There is LESS time to even think about 13.10 and sometimes, there is no time at all. How about, we do have a dedicated sub-team who do one simple task = think and planning about the next release (13.10 in this example) while everyone else is busy with 13.04. When everyone will start working on 13.10, that sub-team will planning and think about 14.04 and so on. We have few developer but great ones who did the impossible and gave us a great system that is current between our hands on our old machines. Let's do our best to take some of the burden on their shoulder and have a dedicated team to provide them with the 'road-map' for the coming release so when it is time for them to start the dirty work, most of the job is done and they would have more time to think, fix bugs, etc. As always, I'm up to this. Not only that, I'm now trying to get in touch with people outside Lubuntu and ... you may guess it or not, I will do my best to pull their legs and get their help so we won't be alone anymore. I'm telling you, I do have lots of plans and ideas for Lubuntu. I just need your blessing and I just need your trust. I will do anything to help our developers and save their time.
