Hi Phill,

I'm very aware of all what you mentioned, my good friend but that is
exactly the point of this new proposal.
Why Julien has to do everything himself? why our few great developers have
to carry that burden on their shoulder alone?
Why not having some few good people who are dedicated to planning for the
next release to help our developers? this team will also take feedback from
users and try as much as possible to include the most critical and
important points on the next release?

I hope you guys can see my point. Every big project has such department
and/or team. We are few in number but BIG in what we do so I see no harm to
have such department or sub-team but that is only me so far :)

Again, I'm doing my best to help our developers by saving some time for
them.

I was also thinking to start hunting some developers who may like to join
us ... who knows? :)

Thanks!
