Not to be rude, but if you've dumped Lubuntu, why are you still

The bug reporting tool seems to fail at times. This is a [known
issue][1] that appears to have something to do with the fact that the
contents of the crash file change while working on it. This can affect
anyone using apport/ubuntu-bug, including every single flavor of Ubuntu
and Ubuntu Server, to boot. This is *not* a Lubuntu-only problem.

In any case, it's got a low priority and no one has bothered to fix it
apparently, because the solution is so absolutely trivial: delete the
contents of /var/crash.
