The original _l1d.* are not there after your queries. There are now 17 segments... It seems though only the segment _l47.* is complete. The other 16 segments miss the *.fnm (field info/name) and *.tii (term info index) files. The fact that there are 17 files and 17 index segments might mean you are indexing every time...
