Marvin Humphrey commented on LUCY-122:
--------------------------------------
Father Chrysostomos has replied that "Father" is part of his legal name, so
that's resolved.
An email has been sent off just now to Chris Nandor seeking confirmation that
the legal entity which owns his contributions is indeed "Geeknet, Inc.".
I posted to [email protected] yesterday seeking guidance as to how we
might modify the software grant agreement form: [http://s.apache.org/tN].
{quote}
We're going to have around 20 participants in our grant, and they are
scattered around the globe (Croatia, Japan, etc.), so the second option is
more practical. It seems awkward to add a full signature section for each
participant, though, as that will explode the document length out to many
pages, so I'm not sure I understand the instructions correctly.
{quote}
Haven't heard back yet, so we might have to wing it. It would be weird to
have everybody get a 6-8 page form which they then fill out only a small part
of, but maybe that's what has to happen.
Maybe we should both put in a signature section for each participant *and*
list everyone in Exhibit B.
Once we have the form and we've resolved all the questions about who exactly
needs to be involved, I expect that we'll email everyone, point them at a link
to the modified SGA, and ask them to print, sign, then
fax/snail-mail/scan-and-email.
