I've heard back from Chris Nandor, and the legal entity is indeed Geeknet, Inc.
That was the last unresolved issue, so I'm attaching the modified Software
Grant Agreement form.
In the absence of further guidance, I've taken the conservative and cumbersome
route in preparing the modified SGA: each party gets their own signature
section, and even those individuals whose contributions are works-for-hire
owned by another party get included (employees of Geeknet and Socialtext).

By my understanding, the necessary materials have now been assembled, and we
stand ready to proceed with gathering signatures. I would appreciate review
from at least one Mentor, though, before I send out the emails. There are 19
parties listed in the grant, and the form is 8 pages long; it would be most
inconvenient if we had to go back for another round.
