Here is a draft of the email I plan to send out to all individual contributors
-- one email, everyone under bcc. (Companies will get a different email.)
Peter and I touched base on IRC and briefly discussed the possibility of
signing this email jointly. Once Peter reviews the text, I plan to send it
out; if Nate gets a chance to review it as well and wants to join in, I'll add
his name to the sig as well.
In the email, I assert that electronic transmission of the signed form is
acceptable, even though [http://www.apache.org/licenses] only gives
specific instructions for electronic transmission of CLAs.
