Have you ever worked on WinNT/2000 etc that Win Stuff.Try restarting it you will wait till tomorrow.We guys here @ Linux don't have that time.Once a customer of mine some of these part time jobs aka  (byeyos) ;-)  called me  but was busy told will be there in like  30 minutes .He insisted Please My Ronny pleaseeeeeee come over and you know me with hmmmm leave that ;-) .You know what I told him? hmm it was a she  restart  and call me after.She  called me next day :-D  she  couldn't wait.@ Microsoft they can't risk retsarting!! thats why they copied/ported the way of just restarting the damn services only from Linux "I hear"  as we say @ eg Redhat <service nessusd restart> and I wait for my OK or FAILED life made easy.
