Doesnt UTL have a NOC email contact? something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] This should be pretty standard these days and since
they are beyond communications", am sure they will give you feedback
ASAP.
Checking their site, the email contacts are [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This looks to be geared towards their voice services but you can
always give it a shot and hope it will trickle down to their NOC.
