I think when i left europe 2.5 years ago it was already at 30% overthere.

Also on /. it has been mentioned the last few months that the growing 
popularity of streaming video (YouTube, alike, but then fullblown (HD) 
Movies, Sports & other television) will lead to a meltdown of the IPSs in the 
US and Europe, as their networks will not be able to cope with the growin 
demand from people using services like joost ( http://joost.com/)
So, if the US and Europe ISPs are getting nervous over P2P and streaming 
media, planning on a very very steep growth of usage wont be a bad idea here 
too, i guess.
Eh, give James 1 MB/s and he'll happily use it all.
