Small correction: this is the *whole* internet, except for east-africa and 
Papua New Guinea (but who would want to move to PNG anyways?), which is on 
satelite. (I dont think there is a -dutch- Internet anymore, with hosting all 
around the globe & cables everywhere)

this is however, what will happen here, once EASSY comes, more or less.

And if we have to believe Herbert, at least 5% of his traffic is already p2p.
