I think this would not be a scalable method for 2 reasons: * it requires you are familiar, not only with all the IP address space being used in .ug, but also with any changes happening within the industry to influence a shift in that very information. * it is cumbersome to manage in the long run. I'm unsure of how you connect to the Internet, but perhaps doing some trickery on your international and local peering links and/or working with your ISP might be a better solution.
