As stated elsewhere: the UIXP is here. i am 100% positive there is several
admins on this list that do have access to that list of IP's you are
refferring to(as each ISP also has that list, else he/she is not routing
traffic into the IX). I tried becoming a member of the UIXP-mailing list
about a zillion times and it is impossible, it seems.
which IP's am I missing btw? Those should greatly help.
