At the end of the day the IX is there to serve the community, not there
only for the ISPs to save money on int'l bandwidth.
So policies can be updated/changed if so desired by the community :-)

The point I was making is that it CAN be made a data center, while you
were suggesting that it SHOULD NOT be one. Improving the environment to
make it possible is another thing.

I would be interested in knowing the bandwidth Reiner has for local traffic.
