The reason I mentioned RFC 1918 was because the exchange 
point address space is to be used for infrastructure only, 
and not to provide non-exchange point services.

Also, ISP's should not carry exchange point NLRI inside 
their core.

So in case RFC 1918 became a suitable option based on the 
above limitations, the reasons I provided were to nullify 
that option as well :-\.

Data centres are not typically dusty places where your CPU 
fan has potential for just becoming dead-weight in the long 
run :-).

It's IP... it can follow his server even when it's still in 
his rack at work/home, where it's clean and all that :-).
