Am putting assuming that you have a Linux/Unix Box/Gateway in the picture
somewhere on your network!

First you can drop in IPTraf which will help you identify those nice chaps
OR workmates then with the results fro IPTraf you can base on that and fine
tune your master squid demon box and all should be fine.
