Indeed considering price as the comparative measure 512Kps at 895,050/= shows we still have a long way to go, averagely a student in a UK university hall pays 15 pounds (~60,000shs) a month for a 4MB link, and for residences you can get 25MB for 50 Pounds (~150,000), albeit credit should be given to UTL for the thoughtful rates,
