I honestly wonder about the success of this cable system. If we're looking for capacity between East Africa and the Middle East, or parts of Asia, it may make sense. But I think those traffic profiles from (East) Africa are few and far between. Suffice it to say, SEACOM already provide branch-off to Mumbai, which would be closer to Asia. They also provide another option to Fujairah, which would bring about competition with TEAMS for capacity to the Middle East. Mark.
