Very important point @Simon raised - We need to engage students before University , should address this problem right away from secondary and every primary. I think the whole CS curriculum for some Universities need to be re-done . The Tech Community need to keep reaching out to Universities , mentoring and handing out Internships to early CS and IT students to fall into the fire and open up their eyes .
