Kyle, i think you are one of the organizer's for LUG, and you want to promote Linux,
if someone is having difficulty signing out of a mailing list, and that person is rebuked, is this your idea of promoting linux (a very hard commodity to sell). Someone might unsubscribe, but ask interested parties, to join, this is nothing short of being "short sighted and narrow minded" anyone who is on LUG and wants to leave, should be treated with courtesy, i see Reinier, excited when some one joins and is having difficulty with the work around s of the list, this same courtesy should be provided to people who want to leave, anything short of this, is skewed rebuking people who are trying to leave a list is "Ghetto behavior" (pun intended) Re: [LUG] Re: email Kyle Spencer Mon, 15 Nov 2010 17:05:06 -0800 Please hold for the next available customer service representative...
