Hello Lug Members,
I have an MTN Modem which I use to receive messages via it onto my SMS
Gateway (SMSNow)...
However, my biggest challenge right now is:
The modemn seems to loose connection to the gateway after a long time of
idleness..
and by idleness i mean even 40 minutes from the time I stopped using my
mouse or key board.
In the control panel, i UN-checked "Power off modem to save power ..."
my OS is XP Service Pack 2.
Any advice on how to keep this modem on 24x7=365days a year without ever
losing a connection to the gateway would be higly appreciated.
