As far as I am aware there are no hosted web-conference services in
UG. There are hosted Moodle services available in UG (although host
location is actually Ireland if I remember well). See

More important question: Why looking at Elluminate? Is Big Blue Button
(in combination with Moodle) not a better (at least lower cost and
open source) alternative?
