@ Victor,  indeed I had a look at http://bigbluebutton.org and I'm very
impressed with the Roadmap towards
1.0<http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/RoadMap1dot0>.
However, at the moment the organization doesn't want to host the solution.
