Emmanuel, The basic process is a follows;
1) Decide if you want to host your chapter on our website or not. We'd be happy to host it and help set it up. 2) Arrange a first meeting of your UCU Chapter details of hosting a meeting can be found here. http://linux.or.ug/blogs/billynkid/2011/09/quick-guide-hosting-event 3) Invite the rest of us to attend! That is basically about it. I would contact both staff and students as you will find a) interest in both b) possible future academic crossover in potential courses, projects etc which I think has been the case at Mak. You can also contact your fellow University chapters. Namely MUST and Makarere, and they could give you a heads up. Let us know how you get on.
