I have not been helped to my expectation!
Actually I was angered by some people who call them selves 'IT guys'! I
have to be sincere, I was helped by Shop Manager but the person (IT
Officer ) he gave me, no no no no!
You cannot imagine the guy reached a point of telling me to switch OS to
Windows, Sincerely, can a Modem make me switch OS?
Remembered some one telling me that I had to teach the people I find
there what Linux is and what I did was all about,.... It is true....

I have been told that you can also be helped from the Orange shop in
Mbarara. You might want to pay them a visit. I have sent you the shop
manager's number offlist. He should be able to assist you when you get
there.
