The LPI Master Affiliate for East Africa is already working on TOR for East
Africans to author a Manual for LET.

We have 4 Ugandans on board already - and as much as I would like much of
it to originate here, this very thread is quite telling of the 'demand' of
Linux.

That said, disappointedly, we continue to get into Linux 'sleeper cells' as
the authoring team for LET is one such.
