I've been getting more than the usual delivery of these. Had one this morning in fact. 
You can forward it to the FBI, but unfortunately until money actually gets involved 
they won't or can't do anything about it.

I've also been getting way more than my fair share of virus laden emails from two 
sources that I've been unable to backtrack. One is always from [EMAIL PROTECTED] and 
the others are always some girl's name @ my own domain. To date, and since around the 
beginning of May, I've gotten around fifty of these. Fortunately I keep my anti-virus 
software up to date and it's stopped them all.

In the end the only thing you can do is delete them unopened.
