For music in E minor, Reusner 1647 has

| /a  4     (I'm not aware of pieces in E major by Reusner.)

The latter is also required in Gaultier 1669 + 1672 and in
Hinterleithner 1699. However, you wouldn't take the 11c lute for Bach
but the 13c, so that you don't need to retune the 11th course to B.

No, but in opur days, Andre Burguete was the one to discuss possible
scordature in his preface to the related volume of the German Bach
edition and in a separated article.
