Looks pretty good. I think you should put the reLyX stuff in all caps since
it's clearly the most important development in LyX. (Is today friday?)

Not like it really matters, but IMO, the verb "set up" ought to be two words,
even though the noun is the one word setup. Just looked it up in the
dictionary, which agreed with me. And there are few enough native Englishers
on this list that I might get listened to here :)

You might add that docs have otherwise been updated and fixed. Especially
Extended.lyx

Also, isn't there some more language support? I remember hearing about a
russian kmap file, but I don't have a 12.0 around so I can't check with
bind/kmap/po files have appeared since then. International folks might
appreciate those.
