I totally agree.

If users can configure the toolbars from the preferences window, it will also become possible to add additional toolbars (like the commonly requested "view" toolbar) that can be turned on/off depending on whatever a user prefers.

One of the main reasons why Uwe keeps creating his own unofficial Windows installers instead of joining the official installer project, is that he want to bundle unofficial ui files with auto math/table toolbars and view buttons.

That will no longer be necessary when we add this feature, so hopefully we can get closer to finally having one Windows installer.
