Do you know what is happending? I have changebar.sty and I installed
changes.sty (and an needed arrayjob.sty.
I cannot reproduce this bug, because miktex runs fine. Obviously, some
file (pdftex.def) is missing on your machine. On my machine, the file
can be found here:
./tex/latex/graphics/pdftex.def
Looks like a file that comes with the graphics package.
Does anyone else run into the same problem? I need some more feedback on
the CT patch, before I can step further...
